Anthony F. Paredes, CPA, CGMA, Managing Partner
Anthony Paredes is the founding partner of the firm and
has over 20 years experience in public accounting, internal
auditing and corporate controllership. Prior to the formation
of the firm, he worked for the accounting firms of Sycip, Gorres, Velayo & Co., Phils. (a
member practice of Ernst and Young Global), Pannell Kerr Forster and Lucas, Tucker and Co. He
also worked as a Senior Auditor at the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation
.(the largest securities depository in the world) and served
as Controller for the Advertising Council, Inc. (a non profit
organization) Previously, he served as Director
of the New York Metro Chapter of the National
Asian American Society of Accountants (NAASA) now known as
ASCEND. Additionally, he served as President
of the Association of Filipino-American Accountants in
New Jersey and was also past President, Zone
Chairman and an active member of a local Lions Club in
New Jersey. He was also a recipient of the Melvin Jones
Fellow award given by the Lions Club International Foundation
for dedicated humanitarian services. Anthony is an
avid tennis player who loves to compete and
enjoys attending all the major grand slam tennis tournaments
as a spectator. Anthony graduated with a Bachelor of
Science in Commerce degree - Major in
Accounting from the Polytechnic University of the
Philippines. He has also taken courses in
business law and taxation at Pace University in New
York. Anthony is a CPA licensed to practice in New
York and New Jersey and is also a Chartered Global Management
Accountant (CGMA).

Carlos A. Cadavillo, CPA, MBA, Partner
Carlos Cadavillo is a Partner of the firm who manages and builds client relationships and accounts in audits, tax and bookkeeping practices. He has over twenty years of experience in finance, accounting, and auditing. Prior to being a Partner with the firm, he was a Controller and a Finance Business Partner for a Fortune 500 company. He has an MBA (graduated with honors) from Rutgers University the State University of New Jersey and is a Magna Cum Laude graduate with a BS Accounting from Fayetteville State University of the University of North Carolina. He is also a Certified Six Sigma. In addition, he is a US Army veteran of the Persian Gulf War. Carlos is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) licensed in the States of New York and New Jersey.

Rene C. Tovera, CPA, Partner
Rene C. Tovera is a Partner of the firm and is in charge of
quality control. He has over 25 years of public accounting,
internal auditing and corporate controllership. Prior to
joining the firm, Mr. Tovera was a partner of Gutierrez &
Co. and manager of Lucas, Tucker & Co. He was also audit
supervisor at SGV & Co., Phils. (a member practice
of Ernst and Young Global). Rene is an avid basketball player
and loves to compete. Rene graduated from the
University of East, Manila, Philippines, with a
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration - Major in
Accounting.

Vivian F. Roz, CPA, CGMA, Partner
Vivian Roz is a Partner of the firm and manages the
firm's auditing engagements. She has
over twenty years of accounting and auditing experience
concentrating in the audits of government funded
entities and not-for-profit
organizations. She previously
served as President of the Somerville Metro Lions Club
in New Jersey as well as the Association of Filipino-American
Accountants in New Jersey. She is a cum laude
graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce -
Major in Accounting from the University of San Jose Recoletos
in Cebu City, Philippines. Additionally, she completed
her third year in Bachelor of Laws (Dean's Honors List)
from the same university. Vivian is a Certified Public
Accountant licensed to practice in the States of New
York and New Jersey and is also a Chartered Global
Management Accountant.
